John 8

 “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”
“Woman, where are those accusers of yours?^[j] Has no one condemned you?”

God Help me to not judge people so harshly and to love them and hate their sin.

 “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Help me to be your light in dark places.

The Bread of Life

JH 6 Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. ²⁷ Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”

Once again Jesus mentions the food from Heaven which in this passage we should labor for rather that food that perishes.

Ie. Jorge and being fat.

ie. Eric Thomas and being filled to deliver the goods.

God may I labor for food which endures to everlasting life. Help me to be fat in the sense with Jesus being filled to deliver the goods.

He and his whole household

Jh 4

So the father knew that it was at the same hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives.” And he himself believed, and his whole household

God help me to believe, me and my whole household.  As well as pray and heal others too.

Prophet with no honor.

^4:44 For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.

Here again in Chapter 4 of John we see such wisdom and truth in a short but meaty statement. All the more we must go>> and testify of what God has done. Does this mean that we do not tell those close to us of the good news.. certainly not. But they will know us more by our works.

God, Help me today to go show and tell the good news both to Judea and Galilee. 

Imagine

Today has been a little different. outside my bible reading I've been surfing the web and looking through some things about evolution, salvation, and the Beatles. Yes, I said the Beatles.

Have I misinterpreted John Lennon all this time.. have I thought that there is no God in him or in his rock group- the Beatles?

Cont John 4 Jesus is Hungry

 32 woman who testified, “He told me all that I ever did.” 


the woman then testifies right after you met with Jesus at the well. Thought that was cool, because she didn't go to bible school, she didn't got thru discipleship classes, she didn't even go home for dinner... she turned and testified.


39 “I have food to eat of which you do not know.”

Jesus food here was the will of God. “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.

Good Stuff God, Thanks for your word. May I hide it in my heart and shine it thru my life.

Met with Steve yesterday.. Cont. to pray for our friendship, our circumstances, our future, our relationships with God and man and in-laws, boys etc.
Also, it was my sister's birthday on Dec 1st. I wanna help Scott and Lisa.

Ps. 40, Prayers with Steve

Went to Steve's to talk and get some of the garage cleaned up. It was good to connect and we had some good prayer time too.

To sum that up
Steve is opening up his home for mens prayer and bible time, wed and sat am meetings.
Prayed for Relationships
Work-prayer is to get kids in Daycare and back to Reinvesting aka Sales and Marketing.
Talked about Car and Truck and Stuff in Garage-
To be better Sons and Dads, let God cont. to work around us and through us. Keep us planted.
Ps. 40:1-3 He puts a new song in my heart and out of my mouth.  This was a major theme because we both been though a lot and instead of excuses we are going to sing with Joy of Gods Goodness.

40 I waited patiently for the Lord;
And He inclined to me,
And heard my cry.
² He also brought me up out of a horrible pit,
Out of the miry clay,
And set my feet upon a rock,
And established my steps.
³ He has put a new song in my mouth—
Praise to our God;
Many will see it and fear,
And will trust in the Lord.
